PSPVideo 9 link removed

I'm not sure that an additional link to the PSPVideo9 program is appropriate here. Unless I am misunderstanding its full functions, its only purpose is to make video playable from the memory stick under the Video menu. As and end-user app, and not one made with developers in mind, putting it here seems redundant when it is already linked in the Software section.

PSP Emulators
Should PSP emulators be listed in this article? I think so. Here's one to start us off: DCEMU's PSPE (http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/pspe.htm). Does anyone know of anymore? --Smong 13:04, 5 Jun 2006 (PDT)
