ESRB Ratings messed up???

Alright, I have recently been playing my game I got for my birthday (Megaman Powered Up) and I decided to look in the Manual for a little bit.
But I grabbed the wrong manual (French) so I went to close it and at the back I saw one of my games I own (Megaman Maverick Hunter X) of an ad and I checked the ESRB rating and it was rated M for Mature!!!!!! (everyone over the age of 17 years)
I went to go look in the English Manual and it was E +10!!!!!! (everyone over the age of 10 years)
This is strange!!!!! Heres some proof:
This is the Cover of the French Manual of Megaman Powered Up

Now heres what you came to see!!(hint, look in the bottom left corner!!)

Heres an even closer look:

Those were some pictures I took of the French manual with an ad of a game I own (MMHX) in the back.
Strange huh? What do you guys think?

Maybe French peple are concerned about the guns in it.

"Ahhhhh!!!! He shot a gun full of ice!!! And now its shooting at a mammoth that fires fire!! Ahhh!!"
"Ahhhhh!! ! Il tire un fusil plein de glace ! ! Et maintenant sa fusillade à un mammouth qui vide vide ! Ahhh ! !"

DUDE those are 2 different games, therefore the ratings are different.
Notice the first game is MM PowerUp and the second one is MM Maverick Hunter X. they are 2 different games!
to my conclusion, you're the one that messed up not ESRB

Dude you have got to be kidding, RATED M FOR MATURE? A megaman game for the age of OVER 17????????????????
Ofcourse they are different games im not stupid!!!
ESRB ratings for Megaman Games would mostly be like Rated T for Teen or E and E 10+ not M for mature!! They are basically thinking this is a GTA game!!

Yes but thats not the point either.
The point is a game like Megaman Maverick X for PSP cannot be a rated M game, even if it is from France's responce.

Yea, so ESRB didn't make any mistakes at all, it's the illusion of just your eyes.
