PSP Hacks - How to Downgrade from 3.03 to 1.50 & How to get 3.03 OE-C

How to Downgrade from 3.03 to 1.50

Step 1.
You download these files for the 1.50 downgrade.

Homebrew Enabler (HEN) for 3.03 PSP's

PSP Firmware 1.50

This is not show in the video, but just proves that it works. PLEASE NOTE, YOU MUST UPGRADE TO 3.03 FIRST!
You get the HEN enabler and copy all the files from that PSP folder into your PSP folder. If you have any files in the following in that folder, then you can create another copy for a later time.
Then if you have the original un-patched version of GTA (you can tell this if the PSP update firmware under your run UMD is showing 2.00.
When it runs it will get half-way through loading and then it will stop, flash a bit, and then it will return to the main menu. If you go to settings and check your firmware status, you will now be running 3.03 HEN.
Now, pop the 3.03 downgrade on there in the location (considering what drive your psp's letter is) F:/PSP/GAME and then insert the files. You to downgrade, will also need to insert into the file folder the 1.50 Firmware.
Run the application, wait for everything to transfer and then you will have a 1.50 PSP!

So what do you do once you have a 1.50 PSP, you can run and download homebrew, but the features stink! So you could upgrade to 3.03 but with homebrew running features.
