Downdate is for 1.50 users. Its help files that are required for 2.60, the reason they aren't posted in public hosts are because they are copyrighted files that get dumped. You will need someone with a 1.50.

But what I strongly reccomend, is to update to 2.71, and use its downgrader.

If I update to 2.71 and downgrade to 1.5 from 2.71. Do I still need the GTA:LCS UMD? b/c i just purchased a "unpatched" version of the UMD
If it's possible can you link me the url to d/l the correct the downgrader for 2.71, and also what homebrew apps do i need to d/l and install in order to play PSP ISO and videos? I want to d/l everything before i downgrade so i can test all the apps are working properly. I don't want to downgrade and have nothing to test with. Sorry for being cautious.

I wish i can get you to do all this for me. I'll be heading to Vancouver, BC during the xmas week. =P

You do not need GTA anymore. www.psp-hacks.com/downloads.php
The isos are run off the XMB if you install SE-C. For Videos, simply use PSP Video 9, or apparently, use Super.

And you say you are going to vancouver? Well I live in Surrey B.C (right next to burnaby and vancouver) but I go to vancouver every year at christmas, the whole entire family does. (cousins, uncles, aunts. etc.) hope I see you lol.

Hi, I just bought my psp online and I want to immediatly run homebrew on it (have not gotten it yet so i dont know the firmware version), but when I was looking at the emulators here some of them say ELoader and some say Eboot, is there a difference between the two or is it just a typo? (see gameboy advance emulators for example of what im talking about)
