how do u get an exact picture 80x80 pixels? for ur display pic

you can either go into ms paint and go to attributes and put in 80 for width and 80 for hight but I reccomend photoshop. Its a really good resource. Me and Thientam use it everytime (im sure more people too like another good gfx dano) but Im not that good at it btu I know for sure how to get the sizes worked up.

actually, if make a pic on photoshop and save it as a bitmap for example, and you use MSpaint to convert it into a JPEG, the photoshop pic will become really really really ugly and low quality looking. Wierd huh?

Yes dano but y do it on ms paint when u can convert it on photoshop? It does have the ability to make something into jpeg format.

Well on photoshop it doesnt really look that ugly. It looks better but if u do put it in JPEG it does look a bit less than what you wanted it to be. But its no biggy. But I tested it out and ms paint does more uglieness if you put it on JPEG format than photoshop does.
