Anonymous commenting on news disabled

Rather than dealing with anonymous commentors and spam, I removed the ability to anonymously comment. This should help clean up the comments. I also removed comments with spam keywords.

Suhweet!!!! i had just noticed that it was happening on the most recent post. it was just one guy saying free wow gold like a million times....
